Holding degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology from Syracuse University, Colby's career began at PharmAssist Inc., where she established a strong foundation in laboratory techniques. This experience quickly expanded to encompass various facets of contract research organization (CRO) operations, including in-depth method development, rigorous validation, and effective project management. Throughout these years, Colby built a reputation for tackling and resolving complex analytical challenges.

Following the acquisition of PharmAssist by Pace Life Sciences in 2021, Colby was appointed site manager, leading a team of approximately 15 professionals. This leadership role further honed the ability to manage intricate projects and deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines. Now, with 2.0 Analytical Solutions, Colby is committed to providing clients with unparalleled analytical expertise, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Sheldon brings a decade of focused analytical chemistry expertise to our team. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Oneonta, his scientific foundation is rock solid. After completing his degree, where he received the ACS Award in Analytical Chemistry, he starting his career at PharmAssist Inc. Sheldon mastered the intricacies of analytical procedures. This experience included the practical application of analytical techniques and instrumentation, particularly in the meticulous development and validation of methods.

Following the acquisition by Pace Life Sciences, Sheldon transitioned into the role of Laboratory Manager, significantly enhancing his skills in managing complex projects and achieving high-quality outcomes under pressure.
